You need to install the TAPI service provider... that will then give you
another option in the TAPI list of devices (Alchemy CTI Phone).  You need
to
configure this with the same details that you used to populate your desktop
phone manager.

If you need more guidance, drop me a mail off list with your phone number
&
we can discuss it further.

Ok thanks to everyone that replied ..

I got the phone manager on my computer working so that I can dial from my
computer!!!

Which is great.

However this TAPI does it interface with Outlook contacts?

I cannot seem to work out how to do this.

Any more pointers would be grateful.
