I run TomTom on an old Ipaq 3630 with no problems - the problems you
describe are more likely down to a cheap SD card, I had similar problems
trying to run it on a XDA.

version of TomTom on an older 3870 and finding it excruciatingly slow to
calculate routes etc. Most of the time it just locks up and takes ages
to initialise.

Anyone got experience of the faster iPaq's and TomTom 3 ?
