Initial thoughts..
1.Use C-Bus instead of X10, but it was't available then.
2.Run another 2 CAT5s to the kitchen :P
3.Think more about external CCTV AWAY from the house (neighbour has a
camera
mounted on a tree looking towards his house which is excellent).
4.Wouldn't have bothered with COAX up to projector - would have just used
KAT5s.
5. Would put in more electric curtains rails (currently only have 1 in the
AV Room).
