Forgot to say what I do use it for:

I use it for playing music videos,the odd film and checking the weather
forecatse. I've hacked it to provide digital audio out for better audio
quality (not 5.1 or DTS though unfortunately) using a 5GBP spdif bracket
off
ebay.
