Slingbox and multiple TiVo's

Has anyone managed to get Slingbox to work with the V0740 virtual
remote code that is listed here:
http://uk.slingmedia.com/object/KB-005505.html

I just can't see where in the Setup Wizzard that code should go.  The
only available place is if I select the Device Model as "Other"
under
"Alternative Code" but that gives the error "The Slingbox
cannot load
the IR code you selected".
