Re: LEDs too bright



One single resistor will work OK if the same number of LEDs are always on,
otherwise, you'll find that they get brighter and dimmer depending on the
number of LEDS on.

One other thing to bear in mind, if you use one single resistor, make sure
it's sized correctly to dissipate the correct power. Not knowing how many
LEDS you are using, if you use a little (1/8w or somesuch) resistor, it may
get rather warm or even burn out.
