Thanks Simon, I guess in Jeff's case it would probably be classed as
habitable, at least the playroom section. If Mark is only going to use his
as a workshop he's probably in the clear.
Did the BCO make any specific comment about the gas meter ? Maybe there
aren't any specific rules and it's covered by what he'd already said.
