There are drivers near me who will drive at 30 along 60 NSR b roads - then
maintain that 30 past village schools. If they felt 30 was fast enough on
clear roads with good sightlines and few hazards - how do they consider it
safe on tight busy roads with lots more hazards.

Speed doesnt kill. Inappropriate speed kills.
