I am using GJD security lighting/PIRs, this kit includes external=20
PIR,s that have CCTV and video trigger outputs for recording and=20
alerting - install is easy as pir and keypads are all low voltage=20=20
lighting. They also do a range of CCTV aswell.

I am using there Solitaire range - keypads give status of pir's -=20
audible alert and manual control of the zoned lighting - My GJD setup=20
has 10 PIRS and 8 flood lights connected to it - there system is=20
flexible and can be setup as to how long lights remain on etc... -=20
CCTV b+W standard cams which are connected to Quad processeors which=20
are then connected to a VCR and fed to my PC/server - using webcamXP=20
on the PC which can handle multiple feeds from TV capture=20
cards/webcams/usb tv capure devices gives remote access on internet=20
nd also has motion detection for alerts.

Would recommend the GJD products - have had it in service now for a=20
couple of years with no problems.=20=20

=A3400=20
(these prices are ex-vat). I need to have 2 outdoor cameras, 2 indoor=20
cameras, all black and white, audio not required. I also need a card=20
capable of processing the feeds from the 4 cameras and probably=20
capable of adding another 2 cameras later on. Of course I also want a=20
software solution to deliver the feeds to the internet/intranet but I=20
assume that will come with the cards.

the 'enthusiasm' from SWMBO evaporates, so what can you guys suggest?
