Opinion noted - I'm not certainly having a pop - I've not used Laser
before and have no pre-conceptions about their service. I would certainly
have no hesitation of asking the same question about any company if I felt
I needed to establish the trading skills of in the light of total silence.
I'll only have a go in public if I've been subject of a good shafting by a
company ala my comfort install - but that's then a helpful resource,
rather than a good whinge and acting as a bitterness punch bag.

I don't know Li at all and I'm sure we have both been contributors to this
group in our own way. If anyone would care to comment on where I could get
a Pronto RU940 from then great - and then I can get the RF conversion kit

Maybe even better to take your customer service enquiries offlist, as
you would with any other business, rather than taking advantage of Li
reading this list by having a cheap pop in public, which seems, when it
comes down to it, the whole point of this exercise?

Seriously, I cringed into my boots when you posted this thread. Can you
honestly say you were seeking opinion, rather than just having a go in
public?

Li is a great guy, and his support for this community has been
absolutely 110% since I have been here. This sort of post is not
justified.

I.
