I have used that type of ducting and whilst very good, there is one slight
problem. Because it is flexible the inside is ribbed, this makes it
dificult to
push cables or wiring snakes through as the end gets stuck on the ribs
inside.

The comment about trying to get additional cables into a duct alreay
populated
still applies.

If you really want to future proof AND make life easier then install some
EMPTY
ducts with draw ropes in them. Several smaller ducts are better than one
large
one.
