At present I am still using wireless (gyration) mouse and keyboard, but
only because I haven't had time to get an IR remote working properly. I
did have an IR remote solution working really well, but found that the
driver software was unstable and crashed after about 3 days of
inactivity. I may end up going down the Girder route to get something
working reliably. Once that is in place, the myHTPC front end works
really well with a remote control.
