I'm running Debian Woody (as recommended to me at HAScotland) with
Exim MTA (make sure you configure as maildir, it defaults to mbox)
Courier IMAP
SquirrelMail Webmail
SpamAssassin SpamAssassining
And I'm just using Exim's .forward filters to file mail where
appropriate, plus a variation of what Ross posted the other week for
stopping mail processing where appropriate - eg trimming some people's
standard disclaimers, Yahoo bumf at the bottom of the mails etc.
