On any servers I maintain that do this I have the same setup (more or
less)

Incoming MTA:		postfix
IMAP Server:		courier-imap	(note this is not courier the mta, but JUST
the IMAP side)
Virus Scanning:	MailScanner
Spam Filtering:		Spam Assassin + Various RBLs
Webmail:			Various, but HORDE/IMP is quite good also NeoMail
Discussion Lists:	mailman

All mapping of users, virtual domains etc is done with Postfix's SQL
backend and a set of PHP scripts that can provide an easy web interface
to adding/removing accounts / forwarding etc...

Works for me :)
