completely OT, Combi Boiler help/advice

Hi Chaps,

I know this is way off-topic, but I wonder if any of you could shed some
light on a problem I've got with my combi-boiler.

If I turn the bath tap open fully, the water eventually turns cold - but if
I turn it say half way open the water remains at the right
temperature(hot)... the same also happens with sink taps, but the water
temp
drops by a few deg's rather than turn cold.

As I shower all the time I hadnt really thought about it until the g/f
wanted a bath... so I'm unsure as to how long its been like that.

Any thoughts / advice on how to start 'trouble-shooting' would be an
immense
help.

Many thanks,
Jonathan.
