Short answer: no!
Long answer: maybe if you're prepared to put up with loads of bits of *nix
distro hanging together by a thread. MythTV and a couple of others are out
there but they will not do all that a TiVo does or the bits they do do, by
all accounts, they do not do that well right now.
My advice, hang fire and see what Sony put in the PSX. ;)
