Something doesn't sound right there at all. I've *NEVER* had an LD10 or 11
fail on me, ever! Not even a blown fuse and plenty lightbulbs have blown,
including mains halogen ones.

Funnily enough I was having a conversation with Phil (Let's Automate) and
he
has hardly ever seen one fail either, which tells me that they are
obviously
pretty reliable given that LA sell bucket loads of them.

I don't use the MH lights that much, they're in the bog, but they do go
on/off a lot obviously and ramp to 100% day use and ~50% night time use.

I have another 6 or so LD11's in service now at least and not one of them
has ever given me any cause for concern, even on under the 60W load
mentioned.
