Check it now. It takes a few mins to run and then the 0kb file should
change to something like 238kb.

Tried that, it created a report.txt in the C drive but it was empty....

If you are using Win2K or WinXP, you can get an instant snapshop of OS
and
hardware settings by using :

winmsd /report c:\report.txt

Which will create a report in c:\report.txt
