Table PC's

Does anyone have or used a table PC. I'm looking at upgrading my current
laptop and like the look of the hybrid laptop/table PC's that are around.
Both Acer and Toshiba do laptops that you can swivel the screen around and
lay if flat and use it as a tablet. I just don't know the practical they
really are.
