Thanks Steve, I tried for ages searching the Intel site but couldn't find
the answer!  Latest suggestion from the PSU supplier is change the mobo.
Which if it wasn't this time of year I might consider.  From past
experience
it never just stops at 'change the mobo' though - I'll end up doing
processor, memory (and maybe even graphics card) too!  :-)

Prescott is the latest version of the P4 with a larger cache.

Your CPU is not a prescott.

Other than that, I'm afraid I haven't a clue (about anything today!)
