1 x 305m box of cat5 = £30

versus either:

- digging a channel in the wall, pulling the floorboards/carpet/laminate
wood flooring up or ceiling down, and then putting it all back up and
redecorating when the cable (singular) is in = £xxx?
- getting someone in to do it for you = £xxxx?
