RE: [OT] Win 2k server VPN problems....

Hi Matt

Do you have net access from the server itself? If you can give us a little
more info on the setup (ip address/subnet mask/def gateway for each device)
that would help.

In the interests of security, we don't need to know the public IP of your
router.

Ian.

Subject: [ukha_d] [OT] Win 2k server VPN problems....

Hey all,

I'm trying to set up a VPN so I can access my files when i'm at work. The
layout is as follows:

Internet > Router (ports all forwarded correctly) > VPN Server (Win
2K) > 16 port switch > Other PC's at home.

I can remotely connect to the VPN and its authenticates me. Problem is the
machines behind the VPN server cannot access the internet or anything else
beyond the VPN server! I think this is a port forwarding issue on the
server. CAn anyone point me in the right direction?

Cheers,

Matt
