Re: new Broadband gaming console Replacement XBOX ?
I am an avid online gamer and tbh this device holds no attraction for me
wh=
atsoever. I have a pc, I have a gamecube, I'll get my xbox back shortly.
An=
d looking at the specs:
a.. AMD=AE AthlonT XP 2500+ central processing unit (CPU)=20
b.. NVIDIA=AE GeForceT FX 5700 Ultra graphics processing unit (GPU)=20
c.. NVIDIA nForceT2 Ultra 400 platform processor=20
d.. 256 MB RAM=20
e.. 40 GB local content cache=20
f.. Microsoft Windows XP=AE Embedded Operating System=20
g.. Dynamic, personalized user interfaces customizable for age, gender or=
technical expertise=20
h.. Lapboard, mouse and game pad included=20
It isnt exactly cutting edge. Where new games like Doom3, HL2, Everquest 2
=
are looking for platforms with at least 1/2 gig of RAM this device isnt
rea=
lly going to cut it. Yes it maybe nice to play Original Half Life, or Doom
=
1 on demand, but I can play most of these anyway. TBH I really dont see
thi=
s product going anywhere. Plus the XBox plays movies and music

I wish I could explain this device.
However quite simply, if you like the idea of an XBOX type device that ca=
n play ANY PC game. Then this may be the device for you.

Click on the PRODUCT DEMO and watch the video.
Personally I think this is a great device. And I'm sure will be able to p=
lay videos and music as well.
Overall could be a welcome addition to your 'automated home'
