I can highly recommend SecondCopy 2000 .. been using it for 4 years
with no problems... http://www.centered.com/
Its particularly good for use on a laptop, as it will automatically
synchronise with network folders when the laptop is connected to the
LAN, and you can specify it to do this every 15 minutes/hour etc
