If you want *really small* you could maye use an Ericsson chatboard with
some suitable interface on it.

There are a few on Ebay - http://tinyurl.com/3cqqz fo example.

I used to have one when I had an Ericsson phone, and was going to hack it
but it was stolen, and I never got round to getting another one.

CPC mini internet keyboard.

There is a model without the internet keys, but this one is cheaper
(about 5 quid)
