What you lose compared to the Netgem iPlayer:
- DVB-CI slot (choice to purchase TopUp TV CAM, and some other things)
- (Usually) little access to pre-release software, presumably because every
version has to be passed by BT before it can be loaded onto their Players.

Which is a pain because I wanted the DVB-CI and caller id.
