i have set up a some netwrok drives on a pc IDE.

I have installed a SIS0680a  PCI IDE ATA133 card (i am sure this is the
problem)

the two drives are 180gb attached to it are

when accessing them from a another pc sometimes it is ok but others

there is a huge delay when selecting the drive in explorer.

any suggestions before I ditch the card and try a promise ?

any suggestions on another card ?
