I'll give the same answer I gave on IRC :-)

1GHz EPIA M style board (same CLE266 chipset as the VIA board)
- includes all the good stuff like MPEG2 decoder, 6 channel audio, TV out
- oh and this one includes an Intel 82540EM 10M/100M/1G LAN interface

Quad Video in with 4 encoder chips

Compact Flash adapter on board - ideal for embedded solutions

Watchdog timer on board

Hardware Digital Input Output providing 4 input and 4 output

and the key thing this is all in a dimension of 200 x 150 mm


Lex do not produce the same volumes as VIA, so the boards are always going
to be more expensive, but
you do get an awful lot in a small package.
