Need to kick arse with your neighbours about getting the standby battery
changed in their panels, no system should create an alarm outside during a
power cut unless the battery goes flat which if the correct size is fitted
would be at least 8 hours.
Even when the battery is flat the sounder should cut out on its internal
timer after 20 min.
