The Eurovolt is a political thing at the mo; no-one has actually
changed their supply voltages.  But all of Europe has a nominal 230V
supply.  The view is that over a period of time mains voltages will
align with a genuine 230v supply.  But maybe not in our lifetimes.

The eurovolt is 230V nominal, but the tolerance is wide, I think its
plus or minus 10%.  So 243V is comfortably OK.  So is 210v.
