Just looking at the brochure,

Looks good, but I wouldn't say low cost, by the time you add
all the keypads, pirs, gsm link, its heading into expensive...
And only 1 hardwired zone.... Shame, if it'd had more so that
I could just rip out the existing panel and replace it with
the Infinite, it would have been a winner...
I especially liked the line "Infinite embraces new x-10
technology"
