Office comes with an application called "Microsoft Camcorder"
I kid you not... at least it did in the 97 version:

Is anyone aware of a program that allows me to a screen capture as a movie?
Not a very clear request, I realise. I'm after making a video demo (avi,
mpeg, whatever) of an app I've written in action.
