It is not so easy to have many USB slots using just USB hubs... You must
take into consideration the bandwidth... You can connect a maximum of one

with a little luck two USB webcams to an USB root....If you have some other
interfaces (like USB to ethernet) then you cannot connect more than one to
an USB root....

Ethernet to USB can be a good choice.... theoretically you can have 10 full
bandwidth USB 1.1 ports connected to a single fast ethernet port...
