Re: PC OSD software?
The main question is, I suppose, what platforms do you have available? You
have get very good results with the Tivo OSD if you have one of those in
your AV setup.. alternatively, if you want to generate the OSD using a PC
TV-Out card, there are various options available.
I have a beta "in testing" interface which allows ACE to generate
Caller-line ID events, and transport them onto the network using xPL, from
there you can do just about anything with them. I'm sure there will be one
of the xap guys along "any second now", as another alternative.
Basically, there are a lot of options, and lots of ways to do OSD.. give us
some more info on your setup/what you want at the end.
