BT Business 500/1

I've posted lots on the issues I've had - have a search of the group for
BT satellite.

D/l is quick but support is c**p from BT. Uploads are very slow (via
dish) and often time-out.

Paul.

What Sat ISP are you using ??

I'm just about to go down that route - they joy of living in the
sticks....

I guess its 2 way - otherwise FTP would be via dial-up

I use O2Hoster and am trying to upload a large number of small files
using WSFTP. It's really slow over my satellite connection (all the FTP
commands seem to take forever - I guess because of the latency of the
sat link?).

I don't think I've got telnet access, so can't upload a compressed file
and extract it there :-(

Any other ways of doing this?

Paul.
