I think the uploads are nearly complete now thanks - mainly wondering
for next time. Hopefully, the small town are going to put in 2Mbps SDSL
- so I'll have that as soon as it's available !  :-)



Any chance of running that gallery script? ;)

Fraid not - that's where latency can be a pain - if you upload the
compressed file I can uncompress it for you though :)

I use O2Hoster and am trying to upload a large number of small files
using WSFTP. It's really slow over my satellite connection (all the FTP
commands seem to take forever - I guess because of the latency of the
sat link?).



I don't think I've got telnet access, so can't upload a compressed file
and extract it there :-(



Any other ways of doing this?
