Comfort assistance required

I seem to have a problem with one of the features of Comfort (quite
possibly self-inflicted). For some reason my mobile is not being
called when someone presses the doorphone and the alarm is in away
mode.

I know that the phone interface is working and that the mobile number
in Comfort is correct because the system called me a couple of times
this week following powercuts. Also the landlines ring in the house
when it's occupied and the doorphone is pressed (so I guess
the 'ringer' setting is fine).

I would normally trawl through the config software, but have no free
serial port at the moment so have disconnected the UCM link.

Does anyone have any idea as to what the problem might be and also
whether I can fix it from phone/keypad (I do have full program
rights)?
