[OT] Free Certificate Authority

Well its not as OT as it sounds as it could be useful to validate your
login remotely in a HA environment.

Cut and paste from slashdot:
"Well, the Aussies have invaded Boston but at least they're not
throwing tea into the harbor. AU-based nonprofit CAcert Inc has spent
the last few days at USENIX '04 registering new users by the
truckload. They bill themselves as a 'Community-Based CA.' Could this
be the begining of a true 'open' certificate authority? See the
O'Reilly story and press release."

http://www.cacert.org/

I highly suggest people signup for it, the more people that use it the
greater chance that the root certificate is incorporated into
mainstream browsers. There's been startup companies before that have
tried to do this but for profit, this is the first site that looks
really promising.

The Email certificate can be used for client certificates for VPN
links, logging in on a webpage, etc, the list is endless.

Kind Regards,
Chris Bond
