I can't be that new, I've seen the same think crop up every 3 months for
the last 2 years.

May be time to get the group members to look around for you.  Just so
everyone knows, the features we have are:

- Basic mail list feature i.e. subscribe, unsubscribe, send out mails
- Advanced mail list feature i.e. change email address, send personal
messages
- Web interface for viewing and posting messages
- Files area
- Photo area
- Search (though Yahoo search isn't great)
- Admin features (moderate mails or individual members)
- Ability to have spin-off groups

Anything I have missed?
