Not WYSIWIG but I use notetab:

www.notetab.com

other than if its just for basic HTML Adobe Pagemill 3.0 is ok. (copies
available cheaply on ebay)

I am fighting a losing battle against MS Intervdev web development
tools. Any recommendations for a (preferably free) WYSYWIG HTML
editor which includes the integral ability to upload to a non-MS
webhost (and doesn't try to do anything "clever" with my relative
URLs)? Nothing too fancy required beyond basic editing capabilities...
