Have you tried http://www.autom8it.com/dante ?

A new version will be available soon with infrared monitoring capability
(trigger output events based on infrared commands).
The following output events will be available in the new version:
- infrared (convert infrared commands)
- x10 (command x10 devices using infrared commands)
- start/stop applications (start/stop PC applications using infrared
commands
- infrared light wall dimmers (convert infrared commands in infrared dimmer
functions)
- Winamp (command any Winamp function using infrared
