Hi Pedro,

I have them.. All I can say is they are awesome.. Not as cheap as some but
very good

We regularly use them when out with the scouts, normally between a mile and
two miles apart... Reception is excellent. I did try some of the cheap
Telcom jobbies from Dixons before these Moto's and there really is no
comparison.

I bought mine off eBay from a guy who seems to have quite a few (they are
white boxed so I guess refurbs, but no problems with mine) Heres the link
to
his auction
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=296&item=3028534790

Heres quite a decent review of them

Hope that helps...

Any questions.. Feel free to ask :-)

paul

Hi

SWMBO and I work just over 600m away from each other in different buildings
and we would like a way of talking to each other without using our mobile
phones (which has got expensive). Using two way radios would have the added
advantage that we can use them when outdoors as well (hiking, parakarting
etc...). Now to the question:

Does anyone have any recommendations of two way radios or know what to
avoid? I have been looking at the Motorola T5522 models but I can't find
anyone or any site that has reviewed and compared them against other
models.

I would be interested in anyone's personal opinions on these or other
models.

Cheers
Pedro
