Personally, I'd stick with 5e, as I don't see myself overtasking Gigabit
Ethernet anytime soon (hell, I don't even *HAVE* Gigabit ethernet yet!) and
we are not seeing any demands for it yet from customers..

As for the LSOH, it adds all of £1 a box to the price, so it's a no
brainer.

You are going to run *lots* of this stuff up the insides of  your walls,
and
I'm assuming you don't want to die in a choking heap of white carcinogen
riddled vomiting early some cheery morning...

IIRC, mains T&E carries a flame retardant, but regular CAT5 doesn't.
