Oh, one more thing that I guess I really should mention...

If there does happen to be a number of takers, then I'll do a "highest
offer
secures" rather than "first come, first served"
determination.... However, I
won't be letting that turn into a protracted dutch auction, as I only have
a
week or two before I have to get it out of the builders' way...
