That's a good point actually...

We have had *excellent* service from Inmac, and also HCS Global (in our
case,  especially good, as we can drop down to the Greenock Distro Centre
for particularly urgent requirements)

I would say that these office supply crossovers are actually better at
supplying PC components than the traditional PC only suppliers we have
already discussed.

Like you say, the delivery charges are higher, and I find the prices are
perhaps 2-3% higher, but you can order with confidence, knowing that
mistakes *will* be rectified. I guess the PC parts section of the business
isn't large enough that they are willing to allow poor CS results there to
impact on the public perception of the rest of the business...
