I'm not a Misco fan, but I have been using Inmac for a number of years
now and rate them very highly.

I had a photoconductor unit die on me after just a week and only a
hundred or so pages. I was expecting a fight to get it exchanged since
lets face it, it could so easily sound like I was trying to return the
old one for a freebie replacement. They took the details over the phone,
got a courier to collect the next day and the following day test the
unit and sent me a new one! No problems, not even the suggestion at any
point they thought I was trying it on, so I'd certainly recommend them
even more now than before.
