Hi Andrew,

After having both almost cut off the end of my finger, and also ripping out
half a fingernail, I can strongly advise that you DONT attempt to push them
back out from the front!

There is a knack to it, and it is this..

Take a small electical screwdriver, and at the rear alternately lever
opposite sides up a little at a time, working round all 4 sides - the fit
doesn't allow the module to "lean" enough to be able to lever it
out in one
go, you have to keep it quite perpendicular to the plane of insertion.
Doing
this (if you get it right), should be able to remove them quite easily,
with
very little force required...

Each side of the module has a small lug that snaps into place in the
faceplate, - you can see it if you look closely, - insert the screwdriver
there...
