It looks on first glance to be a pukka note, spelling errors and that
western union junk aside.  But, 210.125.94.242 is not where eBay
should be, and under that good looking https:// link is a rather more
dodgy "http://212.86.246.126/asp/.paypalDLLupdate/index.html";
