An eBay scam

I've just been the recipient of one of those thinks Kevin has=20
mentioned:

It looks on first glance to be a pukka note, spelling errors and that=20
western union junk aside.  But, 210.125.94.242 is not where eBay=20
should be, and under that good looking https:// link is a rather more=20
dodgy "http://212.86.246.126/asp/.paypalDLLupdate/index.html";
