This is nice because it has local volume control, but too deep for my
and many other flats. It's 3" deep, while I have 1.5" (2"
with
plasterboard) available.
Also, local control probably overwrites remote one, so if knob is left
on 50%, with remote control when you put on max, you get only 50% of the
volume.

Last night I was looking at flush mounting my SliMP3 like:

Just an option maybe (although not 'in-ceiling')
